About Us
We work with nature to produce ethical, organic protein in the form of organic open-range pastured eggs and grass-fed-&-finished beef and lamb. We use holistic, biological methods to build living soils, care for the ecosystem & regenerate the land.
Lawson is a fourth-generation farmer who moved to organic & biodynamic growing methods in the 1990s. Laura is a permaculture teacher. Together we share our learnings & experiences via farm tours, sustainability workshops & farm consultancy services.
